As a Contract and Tender Analyst, you will support commercial performance by managing contracts, tenders, and pricing analysis activities within the Pricing team. The role combines legal drafting with analytical insight, ensuring agreements meet internal policies while aligning with customer requirements and market conditions.
You will partner with sales, legal, and business units to structure compliant, competitive offers and contribute to tender strategy, contract lifecycle management, and pricing optimization. Your work directly supports sustainable growth by improving pricing decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving effective execution of tenders and agreements.
This is a one-year contract position (maternity leave cover).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Negotiate commercial contract terms in line with internal policies and client requirements.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents related to tenders and agreements.
Develop and administer tender processes, including preparation of RFP, RFQ, and RFI documentation.
Partner with business units to plan and execute tender strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Analyze pricing structures to define target pricing aligned with profitability objectives.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve pricing models and support business decision-making.

Requirements: Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
0-2 years of experience in contracts, tenders, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Professional-level English proficiency.
