We are seeking a strategic and hands-on FP&A Director to lead our financial planning and analysis. This role will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across the company.
The Director will operate at the center of business and financial planning, partnering closely with Business division leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enable revenue growth, profitability, and execution of strategic priorities, while building and scaling best-in-class FP&A global team, processes, tools, and capabilities. What will you be doing:
Own and drive the full Companys level FP&A cycle execution: budget, forecast, long-range planning, and monthly performance management
Translate strategic direction into structured, actionable financial plans
Manage, Lead and develop the Corporate HQ FP&A team, including employee development, performance management, and driving team effectiveness and results
Lead company-level P&L analysis, providing clear visibility into performance drivers and variances
Ensure strong alignment between FP&A outputs, accounting, and external reporting
Deliver clear and actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cost structure
Act as a senior financial business partner to executive corporate management with, supporting both strategic and operational decision-making
Act as a member of Global Business Division staff, partnering with CBO, Support in strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and investment decisions
Ensure alignment between business strategy and financial plans across regions, products, and functions
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights that influence decision-making
Partner with Sales and Global Business to enhance visibility, improve forecast accuracy, and challenge assumptions
Support development and evaluation of top-line strategy, including new markets, products, and pricing
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis
Build and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses
Support preparation of materials for senior leadership, board discussions, and investor-related activities
Lead implementation and optimization of planning and reporting systems ( Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Workday, QS BI)
Drive improvement in data integrity, automation, and scalability of FP&A processes
Enhance reporting and analytical capabilities, including dashboards and decision-support tools.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Director to lead global business operations, including sales processes, forecasting, processes, and systems. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands on execution and cross functional influence
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead and develop a global Sales Operations team supporting regions and key accounts
Act as the global owner of end-to-end commercial processes
Drive integration of forecasting, planning, pricing, agreements, commissions, and customer lifecycle operations
Partner closely with Sales leadership, business divisions, and Finance
Enhance and standardize processes within Salesforce and Oracle ERP while ensuring data quality and system alignment

The Sales and service business operations team is looking for a service Operations Specialist to support our service teams as we manage company growth and the service business expansion and to assist global service leadership in business data management with the day to day service administration and operational tasks.
This role is an integral part to the service organization enabling revenue growth and increasing service productivity by executing service operations activities and partnering with inter-organization functions
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Be responsible for the design, maintenance, administration, and support of our CRM platform, including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules, workflows, process builder and flows, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, reports, and dashboards.
Perform data load and build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the quality, integrity, and validity of the data reported
Identify and resolve system failures to meet business needs, by leading revisions to business processes.

We seek a Service Material Planner to support our Operations organization and ensure smooth and reliable material availability to meet production and delivery targets.
In this role, you will become an integral part of the Service Planning team, enabling efficient production flow and high service levels by translating demand, production plans, and priorities into actionable material plans.
As a Material Planner, you will play a key role in execution service planning team production and repair plans. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply, inventory, and operational needs. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouses, and Engineering teams and will have a direct impact on delivery performance, inventory optimization, and process improvement.

Monitor OTD performance, resolve shortages, and mitigate production risks related to materials and deliveries.

Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Service and other stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely closure of dependencies.
Lead weekly planning and delivery reviews, including tracking reports, action items, and planning visibility.
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting accuracy, data quality, and inventory management methodologies.
Work closely with global territories to make sure that all safety stocks are available in defined warehouses.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Corporate Finance team to support our Global Business Group (GBG) - Services organization.
In this role, reporting to the FP&A Director, you will work directly with senior stakeholders to shape financial plans, provide actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making with full ownership and visibility over the Companys Service P&L.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate combines technical financial expertise with a proactive, business-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment where finance plays an active role in shaping business outcomes.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and financial presentations for executive leadership.
Prepare annual departmental budgets, as part of the yearly operation plan, in collaboration with department leads, including expense, headcount and capital plans.
Partnering with SSBO on revenue forecast and tracking
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making, including revenue forecasting, cost projections, and profitability analysis.
Conduct P&L for special deals and integration of relevant stakeholders.
Division Coordination: Synchronize reporting standards and planning cycles across various business unit finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisions.
