we are looking for a Detection Platform Project Manager.
As a Project Manager you will lead cross-functional teams for projects in Haifa, ensuring clarity, prioritization, risk management, and effective execution from an early engineering need to serial production. This role partners closely with Program Leadership to align project direction with Philips business priorities.
Your role :
Lead project planning and execution across the full product lifecycle.
Drive project teams to meet agreed deliverables, schedules, quality targets, performance requirements, and budget commitments.
Prepare and manage official project milestones, gates, reviews, and decision points.
Coordinate activities across all relevant functions, including R&D, engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, program leadership, and external partners.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout execution.
Create clear and efficient communication across cross-organizational functions and ensure transparency.
Provide technical and functional guidance to the project organization and support.
Protect intellectual property and maintain appropriate security of project documentation.

As a Technical Program Manager for Chip DevOps, you will orchestrate the delivery of the foundational engineering environment and drive the execution of a unified silicon design methodology across our engineering organization. You will own the lifecycle of programs that scale our Electronic Design Automation (EDA) toolchains, optimize massive cloud compute grids, and establish standardized, automated workflows.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a unique blend of modern cloud infrastructure expertise, semiconductor workflow awareness, and agile program management. You will partner closely with Design, Verification, CAD, and Infrastructure teams to eliminate fragmented workflows, implement standardized methodologies, and ensure a seamless, high-performance environment to build next-generation chips.

Responsibilities
Manage programs the definition, standardization, and company-wide adoption of a unified design and verification methodology. Drive alignment on consistent coding standards, automated checks, PDK management, and IP reuse protocols.
Define, manage, and deliver complex infrastructure and CAD roadmaps, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to design timelines.
Manage programs the deployment, licensing, and scaling of EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) across hybrid or fully cloud-based environments, ensuring tool flows strictly adhere to the unified methodology.
Lead initiatives to optimize compute infrastructure (high-performance computing clusters, storage, and cloud instances) to handle massive simulation, synthesis, and physical design workloads.
Drive the strategy and implementation of automated workflows, continuous integration, and continuous verification (CI/CD) pipelines.

About The Position Imagry is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for managing our company's ongoing bus projects, from the first encounter with the potential client until integration and on-site delivery. The position works closely with both the development and delivery teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from the RFI/RFQ phase, SOW response through the hands-on field integration and delivery, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
* Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines
* Maintain continuous communication with customers in Israel & abroad (Europe, US, Japan)
* Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
* Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
* Manage change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget
* Lead the development of user manuals, training materials, and other technical documents as needed to enable successful implementation
