Our client is looking for an experienced Data Centre Facilities Manager to join their infrastructure operations team.
This is a facilities-focused role responsible for the operational management of critical data centre infrastructure. You will oversee incidents, change management, planned and reactive maintenance, vendor performance, escalations and compliance
You need to have a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical infrastructure supporting critical facilities!
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of critical data centre facilities, including incidents, change management, maintenance, escalations and vendor performance.
Oversee disaster recovery testing and ensure compliance with data centre standards.
Deliver infrastructure and operational projects, ensuring key objectives and business metrics are achieved.
Conduct risk assessments and support compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate external audits and work with internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are completed
Coach and support Network Operations teams on operational processes and tools
Experience mentoring and supporting operational teams

Data Centre Facilities Operations Engineer | Israeli (mainly remote, with a little travel) | $520-$580p/day | Initial 6-Month Contract (Rolling) | ASAP
Requirements: Experience:
Previous experience working within a live data centre or critical facilities environment is essential.
Strong understanding of data centre mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
Experience managing critical incidents, change management processes, maintenance activities and vendor performance.
Experience delivering infrastructure or facilities projects within enterprise environments.
Ability to perform operational risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance.
Experience coordinating external audits and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Experience mentoring and supporting operational teams.
Education (but this isnt essential)
You will ideally have:
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related discipline.
