Were looking for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to be the central point of coordination across the global Voca CIC business line. In this role, youll work closely with Business, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams as well as external partners and customers to make sure work moves, ships, and lands. This is a high-exposure role: youll touch revenue operations, go-to-market, competitive intelligence, hiring, events, and cross-team initiatives, gaining a broad view of a fast-growing, AI-first business and a real hand in making it run better.
What Youll Do:
Revenue operations: Help track quotes, SOWs, and contracts, making sure the numbers line up cleanly across our systems. Close day-to-day collaboration with the Global Sales Manager and Sales teams.
Deal desk coordination: Support the Global Sales Manager on complex deals, keeping approvals, legal, and stakeholders moving toward close.
Cross-team project quarterbacking: Drive cross-departmental initiatives like the Partner Portal, version releases, release notes, and customer notifications, making sure they actually ship.
Marketing coordination: Oversee marketing on a project basis, tracking items and ensuring they move and close.
Customer reference and advocacy: Formalize how we source, approve, and use customer stories across Sales and Marketing, partnering with field Sales and the Product Marketing Manager to keep them flowing.
Events worldwide: Own our global event calendar, secure real estate and presence for Voca CIC, and coordinate who goes where.
Sales enablement content operations: Keep decks, one-pagers, and demos current, versioned, and easy to find.
Competitive intelligence operations: Keep battle cards, comparison decks, and positioning material organized, current, and accessible to the team.
Analyst and PR logistics: Coordinate with PR firms on scheduling, approvals, and inbound requests.
Training: Work with the training manager to keep a healthy cadence and ensure classes are full.
Internal rhythm and team comms: Arrange and track weekly updates, quarterly recaps, QBRs, and the broader communications that keep the team aligne.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel with attention to detail

Exposure to one or more of the following: SaaS, AI, CX or Contact technology
