We're looking for an experienced Global Sales Director to own the worldwide sales motion for Voca CIC, AudioCodes' flagship CCaaS portfolio. In this role, you'll carry the global Voca CIC sales quota, lead the regional Voca CIC sales managers, and activate the wider AudioCodes field organization to convert pipeline into bookings across every region. You'll be equal parts revenue leader, GTM operator, and coach, accountable for turning strategy into predictable, repeatable, profitable growth in close partnership with Product Management and Marketing.
What Youll Do:
Lead a Global Sales Team: Manage, coach, and grow a team of regional Voca CIC sales managers across North America, EMEA, and APAC; set clear performance bars, run weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, and develop the next layer of sales leadership
Activate the AudioCodes Field: Drive engagement with the broader AudioCodes account and channel sales organization to position Voca CIC inside their installed base and new logo accounts; co-own large opportunities and joint pursuits with regional VPs and country managers
Execute the Go-to-Market Plan: Translate the Voca CIC GTM strategy into regional sales plays, ICP-driven account targeting, and deal mechanics; partner with Product Management and Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging based on real field signal
Build the Channel and Partner Engine: Work with dedicated Channel Directors to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and joint selling with Microsoft, distributors, MSPs, system integrators, and carriers; embed Voca CIC into co-sell motions inside the Microsoft Teams and Azure ecosystem
Drive Sales Enablement and Operating Discipline: Lead onboarding, ongoing enablement, certification, and battle-card readiness across the global sales team; run a clean Salesforce, accurate forecast, tight deal-desk process, and structured QBRs and win/loss reviews.
Requirements: 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including direct enterprise selling and quota-carrying roles in software or SaaS, with a clear record of consistently overachieving quota
5+ years leading and managing a global or multi-region sales team, with proven success scaling bookings and ARR through a team of sales managers and individual contributors
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to lead commercial and technical conversations with CIO, CTO, IT, and CX decision makers, and to navigate complex enterprise procurement cycles
Demonstrated ability to operate across direct, channel, and carrier routes to market, in a matrixed organization spanning multiple time zones worldwide
Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40% to support regional teams, customers, and partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Excellent executive communication, forecasting, and operating cadence skills, with fluency in modern revenue operations tooling (Salesforce, sales analytics, deal desk)
Preferred qualifications:
Direct experience selling Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), CX, or Conversational and Voice AI solutions to mid-market and enterprise buyers
Experience selling with or alongside the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Azure, Dynamics), including co-sell with Microsoft field teams, and familiarity with the Teams Phone and Azure marketplace motions
Track record of building and scaling channel and partner ecosystems globally, including with carriers, MSPs, and Microsoft-aligned SIs
Working knowledge of the contact center & CX competitive landscape and a point of view on where the market is heading
