We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our Labs (on premise) Team member, working with a team of engineers, who manage our physical labs. You'll support the infrastructure for our servers, both HW and SW wise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a significant part of ensuring optimal testing environments for our enterprise-grade storage solutions.
Requirements:
- Hands-on work in a data center environment: racking, cabling, replacing hardware components, and troubleshooting server failures
- Design and implement infrastructure to allocate, configure and troubleshoot servers
- Daily operational support for servers, switches, and lab infrastructure
- Building and maintaining Linux images for servers and lab environments
- Working with a mix of modern and legacy systems in a lab environment
- Supporting VMware-based infrastructure and virtualization environments
- Work with multiple teams on gathering requirements and coordinating changes
- Define and implement infrastructure monitoring strategies using modern observability tools
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and best practices adoption
- Establish and maintain documentation for lab processes, infrastructure, and operational procedures
- Perform capacity planning and resource allocation for lab environments
- Working closely with procurement, vendors, and external technicians
- Participating in on-call rotation (small team, occasional incidents)
Occasional travel to the US (1-2 times a year).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Sysadmin to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Active Directory and Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive Exchange online and Teams technologies and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
The position requires on-site presence 4 days per week (and 1 from home): 2 days at our Jerusalem site and 2 days at one of our other locations in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, or Petach Tikva.
What will your job look like:
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory in sync with Entra ID
Manage and support Office365 environment with focus on SharePoint online and Teams
Implement and monitor applications and users authentication (AD, Entra ID)
Manage Users, Group and Computer objects and create Group Policy
Troubleshoot Windows Server Performance issues
Setup Entra ID single sign on (SSO), Enterprise applications and conditional access rules
Support and integrate applications running on Windows platform
Implement security fixes and enchantment across multiple environments
Provide second level support for operations issues in Microsoft environment.

As a Global Network Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the compliance relationship between our company and its global financial partners. You will execute the " Reverse KYB" process, ensuring our partners have full confidence in our companys compliance framework. You will also monitor partner risk appetite and take part in developing our network compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reverse KYB & Partner Due Diligence (PDD)
Process Coordination: Lead the data collection and response process for due diligence questionnaires initiated by network partners (banks, payment gateways) and regulated merchants.
Professional Delivery: Ensure all outgoing compliance packages are accurate, timely, and meet the high professional standards expected by Tier 1 global financial institutions.
2. Partner Risk & Relationship Support
Risk Evaluation: Monitor partner risk appetite and ensure they align with our companys internal risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
Stakeholder Advisory: Support internal teams (Sales, Product, Compliance Ops) with queries regarding partner constraints and sensitive relationship requirements.
Strategic Projects: Assist with operational projects related to network compliance.
3. Network Oversight & Audits
KYB Reviews: Perform onboarding review and provide recommendation, as well as perform routine PDD reviews on our companys own network partners, including documentation verification and obtaining sanctions/adverse media screening.
Audit Readiness: Support regulatory and internal audits by preparing evidentiary documentation and assisting with remediation efforts.
4. Israel Regulatory & Legal Support
Direct Lead Support: Occasionally, provide day-to-day operational support to the Local Israel Compliance Lead on all regulatory matters.
