We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly motivated student to join our HR team in a meaningful hands-on role supporting both the HRBP team and the VP HR office.
This is not a classic administrative/student position. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources, enjoys working with people, knows how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is capable of independently handling ongoing employee-related topics with professionalism, discretion, and high service orientation.
Main Responsibilities
Support the HRBP team with ongoing employee-related matters and day-to-day HR activities
Provide administrative and operational HR support across various HR processes
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests
Requirements: Must Have:
BA/BSc student in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Availability for a part-time student position
High level of English - both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Fast learner with high ownership and ability to work independently
Proactive, sharp, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have:
Previous administrative or customer-facing experience
Previous exposure to HR environments or HR-related work
Experience working in a global company environment
