This position is responsible for interpreting Control Philosophies, Cause & Effects, P&IDs and developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining Rockwell ControlLogix PLC & FactoryTalk HMI based systems and Archestra System Platform object-based programs, templates, processes, and tools to manage and sustain programming code for offshore and high-pressure gas production facilities. Supports project activities including facility design, construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, managing, and maintaining SCADA, DCS, SIS, HMIs, PLCs, PCN Servers & Applications and Communication systems reliability and availability. Maintains SCADA data reporting systems, support Operations production reliability and optimization efforts and support PCN Information Risk Management (IRM) compliance. Train and mentor Operations and Maintenance personnel.

we are looking for an experienced Mechanical team leader to join our Automated TEST Equipment (ATE) department, part of the Core Technologies group. You will lead a team of mechanical engineers responsible for developing robust, production-grade mechanical solutions that support our global manufacturing lines - from in-house tester PCB design through to fully integrated automated TEST stations. What you will be doing:
* Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers focused on ATE mechanical development
* Own end-to-end design and delivery of TEST fixtures, harnesses, jigs, and pneumatic automatic testing stations for production lines
* Drive in-house tester PCB mechanical design, working shoulder to shoulder with ATE electrical engineers
* Work closely with ATE electrical, software, and TEST engineers to deliver fully integrated TEST solutions
* Drive mechanical designs from concept through prototype, validation, and mass production release
* Collaborate with manufacturing sites globally to ensure solutions meet production requirements for reliability, repeatability, and maintainability
* Lead prototype assembly activities and support production bring-up Your team activities will include:
* Mechanical design of TEST fixtures and jigs for PCB and inverter testing
* Design and integration of pneumatic and electromechanical automated testing stations
* PCB mechanical design for in-house tester boards, including enclosure and thermal considerations
* Cable harness design and documentation for TEST systems
* Preparation of full production packages: mechanical drawings, BOMs, PDM/PLM releases
* Hands-on support during station installation and validation at production facilities

Provides skills, experience, and expertise in the operations, maintenance, repair of instrumentation and control devices used to monitor and/or control various types of equipment and facilities. This includes transmitters, signal transmission systems, HMI, control processors, SIS, PCNs F&G systems, DCS/SCADA systems and final control elements.

Leads Inspection, Testing and Preventative Maintenance Routine programs.

Qualifies and performs initial witness of proving and calibration

Confer with Operations Support and Project Engineers on scopes that impact instrumentation

Conduct daily maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems within production operations.
Equipment includes but is not limited to:

o Flow, level, pressure, and temperature and vibration transmitters and principles of instrumentation (Including smart protocols such as Hart and fieldbus)

o Pressure switches and relays

o Digital valve controllers (DVC) and control valves; motor-operated valves (MOVs)

o Control valves & valve positioners

o Fire & Gas detection and protective systems

Maintain accurate records of calibration, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Update P&IDs, loop drawings, and instrumentation databases.

Generate reports on equipment performance and reliability issues.

Understand and adhere to the Management of Change (MoC) processes

The Junior / Trainee Instrument Technician supports the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems used in oil and gas operations. This role is designed for entry-level candidates and focuses on developing technical skills while working under close supervision of senior technicians, ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.

Assist senior technicians with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments such as:

Pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters

Control valves, actuators, and positioners

Analyzers and basic control systems.

Fire and Gas Detection and Protective Systems

An NPI Engineer that will join our growing production team and build the position and process from scratch. This is a first time position of NPI in our company, so you will have great responsibility to build the field.
