The Director of Tax is a senior finance leader responsible for building and leading a best-in-class global tax function to support our Globals strategic, operational, and compliance objectives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee all aspects of global tax, including corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

This position will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and external advisors to ensure tax-efficient operations, mitigate risks, and support scalable global growth. The Director of Tax will play a critical role in shaping our tax strategy as the company continues to expand internationally and evolve its business model.

Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the companys global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance across jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, and payroll-related taxes.
Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions (ASC 740) and support financial reporting requirements.
Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and ensure proper documentation and compliance globally.
Partner with Finance and Legal on structuring international operations, intercompany transactions, and new market entries.
Monitor global tax legislation and proactively assess impacts on the business.
Lead relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
Drive tax risk management, including audits, controversies, and dispute resolution.
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimize the companys effective tax rate and cash tax position.
Support M&A activities, including tax due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams on tax implications of new offerings, including global payroll and payments solutions.
Drive automation, process improvements, and scalability in tax reporting and compliance processes.

As a key function in our team, the Controller is responsible for both financial reporting and finance operations. The Senior Controller is overseeing the financial statements, serving as an accounting focal point for the FP&A team, building cross-organizational processes, executing of a comprehensive set of SOX controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with the international financial reporting standards and SEC reporting requirements. The Controller will report directly to the Director of Corporate Finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a monthly, quarterly and annual closing process to ensure accuracy of financial records including AP, accruals, billing team, revenue recognition, payroll journal entries, fixed assets, intangible assets and intercompany reconciliation.
* Prepare and review key matters in the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings, including 6-K and 20F reports.
* Work with subsidiaries teams, provide support and guidelines to the local finance teams.
* Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
* Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements Including accounting memorandums and documentation of company’s processes and policies.
* Assist with tax matters, transfer pricing studies and annual tax filings.
* Ad-hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed, including system implementations and process improvements.

WHAT YOULL DO :
Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, including reviewing and completing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries, flux analyses, and other corporate requirements.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, working closely with the local staff on payroll and AP processes.
Manage local cash operations, including cash management, subsidiary funding, and cash reporting.
Manage the audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate, industry-standard financial reporting.
Take ownership of statutory tax returns for Israel, US and Poland, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide support for transfer pricing processes.
Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Streamline and automate processes to meet and exceed close and audit deadlines
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed, including the implementation of financial management systems.

Required Legal Counsel
As a Legal Counsel, you will:
Act as a trusted business partner to cross-functional teams, providing ongoing legal support and practical, business-oriented strategic advice across multiple domains, including finance, procurement, HR/employment, and commercial matters, in alignment with company strategy
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including license and services agreements, reseller agreements, and employment-related contracts
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the organization
Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures to support operations and compliance initiatives
Support legal and compliance-related projects, including regulatory matters, internal governance, and preparation of board and committee materials
Operate independently across a broad scope of legal matters, while coordinating with the groups General Counsel and stakeholders across different regions.
