IT Operations
* Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints)
* Provide Technical Support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Administer Microsoft 365 / Azure /AWS, Active Directory environments
* Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
* Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Information Security
* Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
* Monitor systems for security incidents and respond to threats or vulnerabilities
* Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and remediation
* Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, and SIEM tools
* Support compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, or similar) User & Access Management
* Manage identity and access controls (IAM)
* Ensure proper provisioning/deprovisioning of users
* Enforce least privilege and security policies Projects & Improvements
* Participate in IT and security projects ( system upgrades, migrations, new implementations)
* Recommend improvements to strengthen IT infrastructure and security posture
* Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices
Advantages::
* Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, or similar)
* Experience with deployment and software distribution systems.
Requirements: 5+ years in system administration, Information security
* Hands-on experience with security incident response and monitoring
* Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN)
* Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, M365, Azure, Intune)
* Familiarity with security tools (EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, Firewalls)
* Understanding of cloud security principles (AWS / Azure)
* Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell preferred) is an advantage
