You will be making technical decisions for the chip designs and methodology, driving project schedules, identifying risks and communicating them to all stakeholders, and managing partner teams.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver custom silicon products.
Scope out the project, generate task lists, build a project timeline and work with the teams to make it into reality.
Lead the data-motivated schedules and milestones, track the progress, identify potential future issues, and identify mitigations with the team leaders.
Drive technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams.
Manage project execution and issues through design, development, test, manufacturing, deployment and sustaining activities for silicon and hardware products.

What you'll be doing:
You own silicon bring-up schedule from power on to production release
Negotiate silicon and board demand with teams and drive a bottom-up forecast
Oversee and manage chip and board allocations across the company
Lead prototype chip delivery to internal customers
Track and coordinate engineering deliverables, key milestones and qualification/validation tasks in the new product introduction phase
Identify and mitigate risks to schedules and programs
Communicate status to cross-functional teams as well as upper management
Continuously evaluate internal tools and processes and drive fixes to improve productivity
Create new and fix existing processes between different teams
Drive implementation of SW tools for data analytics and process evaluation.

Our Product Engineering group is looking for an experienced Electronics/System engineer to serve as a Technical Project Leader (TPL), join our organization, and be a part of the System Product Engineering organization. The team delivers brand new, high-quality products to our customers, applying the following: Development and deployment of automatic testers for our network business units (Computing network adapters and High-speed switch systems) including hardware, software, and mechanics; Coordinating and leading all aspects of the analysis of manufacturing data to identify and mitigate quality issues using advanced data analysis techniques such as machine learning, statistical tools, and AI; Leading smooth production and capacity enlargement and failure analysis of return material from customers to understand the reason for failures ;Validating test performance and stability using QA (V&V - validation and verification) methods; The TPL leads projects from requirement until end of life; Engineering manager for SPE projects and technical authority across SPE teams
What youll be doing:
