Responsibilities:

* Monitor AI tools usage across the organization on an ongoing basis
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable AI regulations
* Review and approve requests for AI tool usage according to defined criteria
* Identify deviations, risks, and compliance gaps, and recommend corrective actions

- Drive technical decisions around AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability tools
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across yad2s products and platforms
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Develop scalable backend services that integrate AI capabilities into production
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Lead by example: write clean, high-quality code, set best practices, and help shape the foundation of the AI team

We're looking for a talented Software Engineer with enthusiasm for AI/GenAI to join our innovation-focused team building agentic AI systems autonomous, reasoning-driven software agents capable of orchestrating complex tasks across tools, APIs, and data sources.
You'll design and build scalable backend systems that integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into production-grade services. This role blends backend engineering, AI integration, and rapid prototyping, with room to learn, experiment, and deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Architect and implement distributed services that power AI-driven applications.
Implement multi-step reasoning pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and domain-specific AI capabilities.
Build robust APIs, plugins, and integrations enabling AI agents to interact with external systems and data sources.
Create and refine proof-of-concepts, validating ideas quickly before scaling to production.
Implement monitoring, evaluation, and logging systems to track AI-powered features in production.
Work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and AI engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
Stay curious about emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve reasoning, planning, and autonomy in backend services.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Windows protection layer: design and implement the core proxy, hooks, and anti-tampering mechanisms for GenAI agents.
Collaborate with Mac, Cloud, and Security Engine teams to build unified multi-platform behavior analysis.
Design IDE and developer environment integrations to monitor and protect AI-driven code flows.
Deliver production-ready, high-performance agent components with deep OS-level visibility.
Influence architecture decisions, threat models, and agent-core evolution.
