We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving various business-critical projects. As a TPM, you will play a vital role in implementing the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record in engineering and management roles on products that combine complex algorithms and platform capabilities with customer requirements. Duties and tasks are varied and challenging, needing independent judgment. Outstanding communication skills and cross-discipline collaboration are necessary, as are self-awareness and a problem-solving mindset. Relevant experience is essential, but also your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
Communicate and build rapport with senior executive technical and non-technical team members.
Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.

The MECI Group enables Mobileyes algorithmic development flow by building scalable CI, build, test, and AI-driven tooling that supports the full development lifecycle. Our platforms allow Mobileye to scale efficiently and increase development velocity, while maintaining high standards of reliability, collaboration, and developer well-being. As a Product Manager in MECI, you will own and evolve core internal platforms that are foundational to how Mobileye develops, validates, and delivers algorithms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience, with broad impact across Algo, Validation, and Platform teams.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of products that are central to Mobileyes development ecosystem. You will lead products spanning development workflows, build and test systems, platform services, and AI-assisted tooling, operating across multiple teams and technical domains. What your job will look like:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key MECI platforms and capabilities
Drive cross-organizational alignment on platform priorities, architectural evolution, and adoption strategy
Translate needs from Algo developers, Validation teams, CI users, and Infrastructure stakeholders into clear product requirements, specifications, and user flows
Lead the full product lifecycle - from discovery and problem definition, through design and implementation, to rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Maintain ongoing engagement with users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, operational constraints, and opportunities for improvement
Partner closely with engineering leadership on prioritization, scope, and delivery, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform health
Contribute to building a culture of collaboration, ownership, and sustainable development, with attention to developer well-being.
