We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with experience in B2B healthcare marketing in the US market. This is a hands-on, onsite role based in New York (US) or Tel Aviv (IL).
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, fluent in using digital tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Mailchimp, and others to build and execute multichannel campaigns. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, optimizing funnels, and helping AEYE Health scale its commercial presence in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. healthcare providers, payers, and partners.
Build and manage email nurturing sequences using tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, and Mailchimp.
Own and optimize marketing automation workflows, campaign segmentation, and A/B testing.
Develop and manage landing pages, drip campaigns, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to align messaging, targeting, and positioning.
Track and report on campaign performance across key KPIs (open rates, CTRs, CPL, CAC, SQLs, etc.).
Conduct market and competitor research to refine messaging and audience targeting.
Support brand awareness efforts via newsletters, thought leadership, and event marketing.
Requirements: 2-4+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B healthcare marketing, or demand generation, preferably in the US healthcare market.
English - native language a must.
Proven hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Mailchimp, and CRM/automation platforms.
Experience running outbound and inbound marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and marketing metrics.
Background in digital health, medical devices (SaMD) or health tech - strong advantage
Ability to work onsite, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
