Roles and responsibilities:
Own full lifecycle recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process.
Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques.
Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application system.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Manage all external recruiting agencies in an effective manner.
Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.
Support other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner.
Experience in high-tech recruitment - must.
Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Highly motivated, confident, and organized.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communicator in English.
