We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer (backend oriented) to join our Parking domain. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality of mission-critical systems that serve millions of users daily.
The majority of the role is automated testing combing AI Skills but combines manual as well.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who want to enhance infrastructures, develop in engineering and great best practices and handle scaled distributed systems based on AWS.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automated tests end to end for new and existing features, execute mainly Backend orientation API tests, including automation for backend services.
Apply AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) in day-to-day work to generate code, build automation, and continuously improve testing workflows.
Write and maintain detailed test cases and documentation.
Identify, record, and track software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Work with tools such as Qase.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective testing strategies.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Integration Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across companys products and to lead QA team efforts from both technical and managerial perspectives. As a senior, hands-on QA Integration Team Lead, you will lead the technical direction of a Team, shape testing methodologies, and ensure the reliability and quality of software-hardware integrated system features using manual and automation testing powered by AI.

You will excel in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, maintaining excellence, accountability, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the R&D department in Agile methodologies.

What you will do
Lead and mentor a team of SW/ HW/ RF Integration engineers
Perform hands-on manual/ automation testing of complex SW-HW integrated systems
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to final deployment on the customer side
Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs
Work closely with all R&D teams
Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
Strengthen the companys quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality
Manage and operate QA labs, including Traffic Generators, Satellite emulators, RF equipment, and more, while supporting off-shore teams remotely

plan, define, and execute tests as part of team QA related activities
analyze and challenge existing testing coverage, both manual and automated
create TEST plans to determine the steps needed to increase confidence in product quality
monitor the TEST and production environments, using DevOps tools assimilate appropriate QA activities within every step of the sdlc
define, implement, and manage QA processes, including TEST plans and procedures
actively participate in feature testing during development to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
efficiently analyze logs and reproduce customer issues for quick resolution
maintain and prioritize open issues and bugs to ensure effective tracking and resolution
monitor TEST and production environments using DevOps tools and methodologies.

at least 5 years of experience in QA roles, deep understanding of QA methodologies
proven experience in system analysis and excellent business requirements understanding
experience in TEST design and execution for complex systems (manual and automated)
proficiency in analyzing rest api interactions originating from UI workflows
broad understanding of complex product solutions (business, technical, architecture)
demonstrated ability to design and write new tests for system -level scenarios
proven experience with saas product sdlc, preferably on aws
comprehensive experience working in an agile development process
