The eCommerce Manager role will lead our company eCommerce site transformation and enhancements. S/he will leverage sales and web metrics to make strategic recommendations with a targeted focus on maximizing platform adoption to drive improvement in conversion rate. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Youll play a key role in shaping data strategy and delivering insights that impact global business decisions.



Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to drive business performance.
Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Identify trends, correlations, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Maintained and optimized data models, reporting pipelines, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Business Management).
Knowledge in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX - Advantage
Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of English (both spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation - Advantage
1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / BI Developer, or in a similar role - Advantage.
Experience in Ad Tech or online global market companies - Big Advantage.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric platform - Advantage.
Familiarity with OneLake, Spark programming, and Parquet files / Delta tables - Advantage.
