What will you do?

Were looking for a highly skilled Application Security Researcher to join our Security Research group and help us push the boundaries of modern AppSec. This is a critical, hands-on role where youll work closely with engineers, researchers, and AI & data scientists to build the next generation of application security - including autonomous, agentic pentesting capabilities.
This is not a typical AppSec role. Youll be building, breaking, and redefining how offensive security works at scale.

We are looking for a Red Team specialist for our Infrastructure Red Team department for a maternity leave replacement. This role includes researching, assessing and challenging digital identity verification and access mechanisms across a variety of platforms and solutions.

The position includes creative red team projects and infrastructure management alongside end-to-end delivery to key clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Threat Hunter to lead proactive cybersecurity efforts by uncovering hidden threats across our environment. In this role, you will drive hypothesis-based hunting, perform deep analysis and validation of security telemetry, investigate suspicious network activity, and continuously improve threat detection and response.
You will also assess CVE relevance and exploitability to prioritize real-world risk, and leverage threat intelligence feeds and enrichment pipelines to enhance hunting context, detection accuracy, and response effectiveness.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security practices into our DevOps pipeline, ensuring secure software development, deployment, and infrastructure.

You will automate and own security tooling, Integrate SAST, DAST, container/IaC scans, and secret detection into our CI/CD, continuously improving the stack. Harden application security, embed secure-coding best practices, OWASP Top-10 defenses, and threat modeling throughout the SDLC. Raise cloud security standards, keep our cloud environments aligned with best practice to mitigate any risk.



Key Responsibilities:

Secure CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate security into continuous integration and delivery workflows (CI/CD).
Automation & Tooling: Implement and manage tools for static and dynamic code analysis (SAST, DAST), software composition analysis (SCA), and secrets management.
Cloud Security: Ensure infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are secure and compliant.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up security monitoring and logging; support incident response and forensic analysis.
Policy & Compliance: Work with compliance teams to enforce standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or HIPAA, depending on your environment.
Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between development, operations, and security to ensure alignment and shared responsibility for security.
