We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Manager.

As Team Manager you will be responsible for managing the development of enterprise grade software for monitoring and doing critical performance analysis for the world's largest supercomputers and data centers, built on our GPU and networking hardware. This role offers you an excellent opportunity to deliver production grade solutions, get hands on with ground-breaking technology, and work closely with technical leaders solving some of the biggest challenges in managing large scale networking and computing infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:
The team is responsible for developing monitoring and telemetry infrastructure for production environments, running on the worlds largest supercomputers and datacenters. The work environment is dynamic and challenging; we are innovating and inventing software products at the forefront of technology in terms of performance, scalability, and features. Our team works closely with other stakeholders to co-design new features and software APIs.

The Data Engineering team is a cross-functional team responsible for data integration, monitoring, and quality. This includes automating data flows, alerting, fetching, and checking across various stages of data transformation and projection.
Key Responsibilities:
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
Develop data architecture for data ingestion, validation, and processing.
Identify, design, and implement process improvements, such as automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for enhanced scalability.
Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture using microservices.
Work with other members of the data team, including data architects, data analysts, and data scientists.

we are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer.
As a Senior Software Engineer, youll design, develop, and deploy robust software systems across our platform. Youll have ownership of end-to-end projects, the autonomy to lead from idea to implementation, and the opportunity to work across product lines - from scalable APIs and secure infrastructure to machine learning.
The role also brings unique engineering challenges shaped by regulatory and compliance requirements - pushing your creativity and technical capabilities.
What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Design, build, test, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications
Lead architecture reviews and drive decisions across technologies and platforms
Write well-tested code and review peers work for quality and clarity
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver seamless experiences
Own and improve development lifecycles including CI/CD, observability, and cloud automation
Debug production issues and lead efforts to ensure system reliability and uptime
Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding processes
Participate in a Tier 2/3 on-call rotation to support business-critical systems
