Job Description
As a Technical SEO Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the health and performance of our website. You'll leverage your technical expertise to drive data-informed decisions, optimize website content and structure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best SEO practices are implemented.
In your day-to-day, you will
Take ownership of the websites overall health by implementing monitoring systems and standardized processes
Stay at the forefront of Generative Search trends to ensure the sites content and structure are optimized for entity understanding and GEO
Conduct in-depth crawl analysis to drive data-informed decisions and prioritize impactful actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization to ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented
Provide expert SEO consulting for new pages, from initial keyword research and technical specifications to post-launch audits
Lead complex site migrations and consult on tech SEO challenges, including CWV, crawl budget optimization, rendering, and indexation
Optimize site hierarchy, URL structure, and internal linking, ensuring best practices for schema markup and site clustering.

This is a unique hybrid role: you will not only manage an international content team and timelines but also actively build and optimize AI agents to scale production. We need someone with a strong analytical mindset who understands that content is a commercial tool. You must have a genuine passion for the world of sports and betting—if you aren't an expert yet, you must have the spark and drive to learn it deeply. We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between high-quality human writing and cuttingedge AI workflows.

Responsibilities:

* AI Workflow Innovation: Hands-on creation and optimization of AI agents for content production. You will define the methodologies and guide the content team on how to utilize these tools effectively.
* End-to-End Content Management: Manage the full production lifecycle—from product requirements and research to final feedback and publication.
* Oversee a team of international contributors across different markets: Manage and mentor the content team by providing precise briefs, conducting thorough reviews, and ensuring high standards for both human-written pieces (e.g., Brand Reviews) and AI-generated content (with human validation).
* Commercial Execution: Execute and publish commercial content strategies with strong betting conversion intent.
* Quality & Analytics: Serve as the gatekeeper for "top-notch" quality. Apply analytical understanding to ensure content performance and adherence to SEO and conversion best practices.
* Project Management: rigorous management of timelines and schedules; driving people and processes to meet deadlines.

We're looking for a highly analytical and technically strong operations leader to own and scale the operational backbone of our Media Partnerships channel.
We need someone to build and scale the engine, not just run it. You'll lead the design and evolution of partner infrastructure, attribution and tracking models, reconciliation and commission logic, lifecycle automation, and performance analytics. This is both strategic and hands-on - you'll design the operating model and ensure day-to-day operations run reliably.

In this role you'll:
Own and scale our affiliate and media partner platforms (Everflow, Cellxpert, etc.), including implementation, configuration, structure, and optimization
Lead cross-system integrations with CRM (HubSpot), data warehouse, tracking, and finance tools to ensure accurate end-to-end data flow
Design and maintain tracking, attribution, campaign structure, segmentation, permissions, and commission logic
Own reconciliation and partner payment processes in collaboration with Finance
Build and optimize performance analytics and dashboards in partnership with BI, identifying trends, discrepancies, and growth opportunities
Design, build and manage the full partner lifecycle - onboarding, activation, growth, reactivation, and churn - including scalable self-serve experiences
Develop and maintain partner enablement infrastructure (manuals, playbooks, FAQs, training materials), as well as enablement resources and knowledge bases for Partner Managers.
Drive operational scalability by leveraging AI and automation to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual work
Serve as the operational focal point across Product, Finance, Legal, and Data teams, aligning commercial terms and program policies.

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Project Lead to join our SAP Embedded Program. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of digital adoption initiatives embedded within SAP platforms, ensuring successful execution against agreed scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
The Project Lead acts as the primary point of ownership for assigned SAP platforms coordinating cross-functional resources, managing expectations, and driving delivery across complex SAP release cycles. This role focuses orchestrating delivery, stakeholder alignment, and program success.
So what will you actually be doing?
Project & Delivery Ownership
Own the end-to-end delivery cycle of SAP Embedded digital adoption projects, from intake through launch and post-go-live maintenance, including timelines, milestones, and ensuring high-quality delivery
Ensure delivery aligns with pre-agreed scope, success criteria, and program objectives.
Plan and coordinate resource allocation across our R&D, Solutions Engineers, Designers and supporting teams.
Drive regular project governance cadences, including status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned internal customers, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
Act as an advocate for technical and operational needs within the SAP Embedded Program.
SAP Release & Environment Coordination
Maintain a deep understanding of SAP release cycles, system changes, and deployment timelines.
Coordinate adoption activities in alignment with SAP releases, upgrades, and process changes.
Ensure dependencies between SAP changes and digital adoption deliverables are clearly identified and managed.
