What were looking for: We are currently looking for a CRM Manager, to join our IT organization at the Hod Hasharon office. This role will manage, lead and support the CRM business needs of all our departments.
What youll do:
* Build and lead the CRM team for continuous improvement of CRM tools and processes
* Designing solutions and working directly with internal customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices
* Collect business needs and drive prioritization of requirements
* Support users on the day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting.
* Support existing interfaces between the CRM and the organization's systems
* Act as subject matter expert for the CRM processes and tools ( salesforce eco- system, Portal, ITSD)
* Manage external vendors including onboarding, ongoing communication and ensuring project delivery according to company standards and timelines

Requirements: What you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science or a related field - MUST At least 4 years of experience in salesforce CRM in Service, Sales and Integrations to external systems ( ERP, Jira, Customer & Partner Portal) - MUST
* Deep understanding with salesforce configuration, customization, Flows and Approval Processes - MUST
* At least 2 years of experience managing teams - MUST
* Strong technical deployment experience of IT projects in CRM, Sales and Service (planning, development, testing, deployment, support and communication)
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking competing priorities.
* Working in a global company, Knowledge and understanding of global processes
* Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills and has the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions that align with company strategy.
* Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration building skills, able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
* Proficiency in Salesforces security model including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing roles, OWD.
* salesforce certifications - a plus.
* CPQ knowledge - big advantage.
