We are looking for a visionary Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of our Risk and Compliance portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who excels at the intersection of sophisticated product strategy and complex regulatory translation.
As the primary architect of our Compliance-by-Design philosophy, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers to build world-class Fraud, AML, and regulatory solutions. You won't just be meeting global standards; youll be leveraging compliance as a competitive advantage to deliver seamless customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Product Leadership
Vision & Roadmap: Own the multi-year strategy for our Fraud, AML, and Compliance ecosystem, ensuring our platform remains ahead of market shifts and customer needs.
Team Empowerment: Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of strategic rigor, disciplined execution, and continuous professional growth.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system between R&D, Data, Cyber, and Legal to resolve trade-offs and deliver unified, global solutions.
Operational Excellence: Drive the full product lifecycle-from discovery to iteration - with a focus on data-driven prioritization and measurable KPIs.
Innovation Champion: Establish high-velocity product standards and champion the use of AI/ML to solve complex risk and identity challenges.
Compliance & Risk Ownership
Regulatory Architecture: Partner with Legal and Risk teams to translate abstract global regulations into precise, actionable technical requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track specific compliance KPIs to measure control effectiveness, risk reduction, and overall platform health.
Requirements: Domain Expert: You have 5+ years in Product Management with direct ownership of Fraud, or AML products, ideally within the Fintech or Payments space.
Proven Leader: You have 3+ years of experience managing and scaling product teams in global or mid-sized organizations.
Technically Savvy: You are comfortable with ML/AI-based risk products and hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Master Communicator: You can distill complex regulatory hurdles into clear narratives for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences alike.
Strategic & Data-Driven: You move fluently between high-level vision and granular data analysis, using structured frameworks to make informed decisions in regulated environments.
