OMC Cloud, the largest and fastest-growing Israeli cloud vendor, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our expanding team.
With over 200 employees and 24 global data centers, OMC Cloud provides high-performance, flexible, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions to thousands of businesses worldwide.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and involves close collaboration with the sales, support, and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and direct incoming service requests that require both technical assistance and customer care
Monitor and manage customer retention, including tracking at-risk accounts
Oversee and follow up on onboarding and migration projects for new and existing clients
Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and client communication
Identify upsell oppor
Requirements: Previous experience in customer success or sales support - strong advantage
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working with CRM systems
Technical background or understanding in cloud/IT - a plus
Fluent Hebrew, good English
