What Youll Do:
As a Growth Specialist for the Indian Market, you will serve as the primary bridge between us and Indian customers and communities. Your role will focus on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our presence through on-ground engagement and community partnerships.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify new customers, communities, and growth opportunities
Promote new products and services to existing customers
Lead onboarding and retention initiatives
Collaborate with Indian community leaders and key partners
Train customers on how to use our application and digital services
Conduct field activities across the country, including in-person customer support
Maintain flexibility to support clients arriving on late-night or early-morning flights, community events, and field operations
Create social media content, including Facebook posts, Telegram updates, and short instructional videos on app usage.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
High proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) - mandatory .
Legally eligible to work in Israel
Strong sales skills with a customer-first mindset
A team player with a fast-learning attitude and ambition to grow
Good understanding of digital and technology-driven products
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Commitment to long-term employment
High level of independence, responsibility, and adaptability
Hold a valid drivers license
Bonus Skills:
Proficiency in additional Indian regional languages
Previous experience in fintech, community management, or field operations
Experience working with multicultural and migrant communities
