:Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Post job openings and source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, facebook, job boards, WhatsApp groups, and job fairs
Screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate fit
Conduct in-depth phone interviews and write professional candidate evaluations
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or similar) or current student in one of these fields, available for a part-time position
At least 1 year of experience in technology sourcing
Previous experience in technology recruitment, including advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches on LinkedIn) - an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sourcing and problem-solving
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, 4 hours per day
