The Commodity Manager will lead global sourcing activities for indirect categories, including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Contractors (CW) . The role focuses on developing and executing global sourcing strategies, while working closely with business units to support strategic initiatives and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sourcing Management
Lead the full sourcing lifecycle for assigned indirect categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, competitive bidding, and negotiations.
Ensure sourcing activities support cost optimization, quality, and compliance, in line with company policies, approval processes, and documentation standards.
Supplier & Contract Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service continuity, risk mitigation, and ongoing value creation.
Manage contract execution, track supplier performance (KPIs), and ensure all agreements and documentation are properly maintained.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Provide guidance on procurement processes, ensure adherence to sourcing standards, and support internal customers throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of global sourcing experience
IT procurement experience across enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure
Vendor negotiation including support of complex, multi-technology projects
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies
Experience creating and analyzing complex Excel and PowerPoint reports
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a global and regional environment
High-level English - mandatory
