we are looking for a Web & Brand Designer to lead design across both product and marketing. Youll own the visual language of RADAR, our B2B cybersecurity platform, crafting intuitive UI/UX for the web app and creating impactful assets for website, campaigns, conferences, and sales.
This is a hands-on, full-ownership role where youll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver polished, consistent design - from flows and components in Figma to marketing collateral and brand identity. What Youll Do
Own visual identity. Maintain and evolve the brand to ensure clarity, consistency, and recognition across every touchpoint.
Manage the end-to-end design process for our B2B web application - from wireframes and flows to polished, developer-ready mockups in Figma.
Design and optimize user-centric experiences across core product surfaces, balancing usability, visual appeal, and product functionality.
Create and maintain our Figma design system, including reusable components, documentation, and responsive layouts.
Design and optimize marketing and brand assets - including landing pages, event booths, banners, pitch decks, social media creatives, and the company website, ensuring brand alignment and conversion effectiveness in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, R&D, and Leadership to translate ideas into clear, effective design.
Reporting to: VP Marketing and Product Team
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital design roles, with ownership across both product UI/UX for web applications and brand or marketing design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX flows, UI components, prototypes) and visual/brand design (web, campaigns, collateral, events, , etc).
High proficiency in Figma - including component libraries, prototyping, responsive layouts, and collaboration with Product and R&D.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and UX flows for B2B SaaS or complex web systems.
Experience designing marketing assets such as landing pages, conference materials, branded presentations, banners, and social media creatives.
Ability to maintain, evolve, and scale a design system and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across product and marketing assets.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams: Product, Marketing, R&D, and Leadership - with native English.
Leverages AI tools as part of design, content creation and strategy development.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Proficiency in design, motion, or creative tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, or video editing platforms is an advantage.
