we are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our AV Platform HW Development group in Israel to design the next generation of autonomous driving systems.
What will your job look like?
Responsible for specifying the hardware for our autonomous driving systems
Lead the HW design process: product specification, electrical schematics, component selection, layout, hands-on testing in a lab environment, verification, accompanying production and qualification processes
Define Signal integrity simulations (LPDDR4, MIPI, FPD-link, etc.), perform power integrity (DC drop, PDN AC analysis) and analog simulations (like spice).
Manage the technical interface with our customers to derive the product hardware requirements
Work in collaboration with all the project disciplines: system architecture, mechanical and thermal, software (networking and algorithms), safety and reliability

We are looking for a talented and experienced engineer to participate in the physical design of the companys product for leading one of Nextsilison BE projects. This position involves working with external back-end developers as well as carrying out critical tasks in-house, and leading aggressive back-end initiatives to meet challenging targets in terms of area, timing, and layout.
In this role, you will be at the center of the companys design efforts and will have a significant influence on product architecture.
Responsibilities
Generate and analyze critical block- and chip-level static timing constraints
Spec and define full chip floor plan, including pin placement, partitions, and power grid
Develop and validate high-performance, low-power clock network guidelines
Perform critical block-level place and route and create designs that meet timing, area, and power constraints
Review the vendors physical design verification flow at chip and block level and guide other designers on how to fix LVS and DRC violations
Work with vendors on defining physical design methodologies and assist in flow development for chip integration.

What you'll do
Design, implement, and own robust automation workflows that execute outbound sales development processes.
Coordinate multi-agent workflows to ensure reliability, monitoring, and smooth handoffs.
Set standards for research, sequencing, and scheduling automation; align with pipeline and revenue goals.
Convert GTM goals and ICP definitions into scalable prompts, data flows, and automated playbooks that support end-to-end outbound motions.
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and internal systems.
Run A/B tests on prompts, templates, and timing; track conversions and the impacts of the different managed channels.
Evaluate and standardize tooling, templates, and agents; maintain a backlog, release notes, and a clear incident/rollback process.
Collaborate with other team functions to ensure performance reporting: meetings set, conversion lift, pipeline/revenue contribution, cycle time, and cost-per-meeting.

About The Position:
DFT (Design For Test) is a multidisciplinary field which involves many aspects of the chip design process, including: DFT architecture definition, RTL design, verification, backend implementation, STA, pre and post production activities and many more.
You will be part of a growing team that develops from scratch its DFT implementation flow and responsible for all DFT activities and you will closely work with multiple teams within the VLSI group.
