We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead and grow our Digital Twin Platform team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team mentorship to drive the development of end to end solutions for digital twin web platform.



Responsibilities

As the Full Stack Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Lead and grow a high-performing team of full-stack software engineers while maintaining an active hands-on technical contribution to the codebase.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, algorithms developers, product managers, and QA, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Drive end-to-end execution: from receiving product requirements to delivery, through implementation, deployment and monitoring.
Take part in planning the product roadmap and sprints to translate the product vision into actionable engineering plans.
Guide and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional results by setting a high bar for code quality and promoting software development best practices.
Continuously drive the improvement of developer experience and the efficient adoption of AI development tools.
