Managing VP sales calendar.
Schedule meetings according to client and team availability.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients via phone or email.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Coordinate with staff to allocate resources and prepare for appointments.
Handle incoming inquiries regarding appointment scheduling.
Communicate with clients regarding meeting confirmations, rescheduling, and logistics
Provide ongoing administrative support to the sales department
Assist in organizing company meetings, sales events, and team-building days
Requirements: Proven experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
High attention to detail and a service-oriented approach
