You will be responsible, among other responsibilities, for leading the global Facilities, Marketing, Info Sys, Service Providers, HR categories. As a subject matter expert in these global categories, this position is expected to significantly contribute to the procurement team by working closely with cross functions teams to understand their business needs, identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. You will lead procurement strategies and initiatives to ensure the company sticks to budget and profitability.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute and manage the end-to-end procurement process
* Conduct supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
* Deal with complexed and challenging legal contracts.
* Build excellent relationships with respective global functions in the organization to understand their procurement needs, act as a subject matter expert and effectively lead procurement initiatives.
* Negotiating with suppliers to achieve best terms and commercial results.
* Identify and lead cost reduction initiatives to achieve financial goals.
* Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead their renewals.
* Build and maintain long term relationships with suppliers and monitor suppliers' performance.
Requirements: * At least 3 years of proven experience and In-direct Procurement
* Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written) - Must.
* Proven experience managing, budget tracking, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities.
* Strong sourcing, market research capabilities and long-term suppliers management.
* Proven track in executing complex legal agreements, striving to minimize contractual risks.
* Proven experience working in collaboration with global departments.
* Excellent negotiation, communication skills, presentation, both written and spoken English and Hebrew.
* Self-driven with ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
* Solid skills in Microsoft office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, BI tools), ERP - NetSuite - advantage.
* Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Technologies Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law or related field - Advantage
