Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years managing engineering managers and leading multiple teams.
Experience working in cybersecurity companies and products.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a startup or fast-growing environment, with experience in scaling teams and systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience in software development and architecture design, with a solid technical background in relevant programming languages and technologies used at Zenity.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
