תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
- ניהול צוות של כ-25 מפתחים בתחומי תוכנה, חומרה, RF, אלקטרוניקה, מכאניקה ו- QA.
- הובלת פיתוח מוצרים חדשים ושדרוג מוצרים קיימים החל מקבלת דרישות ואפיון, דרך תכנון, שילובים ואימות תכן, ועד העברה מלאה לייצור.
- ניהול מספר פרויקטים במקביל, תעדוף משאבים, מעקב אחר ביצועים והבטחת עמידה ביעדי החטיבה.
- הגדרת והטמעת נהלים ותהליכים חדשים לשיפור יעילות העבודה ואיכות המוצרים.
