What youll be doing:

Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets, covering Search and Display
Drive performance through structured testing of creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion performance
Collaborate with our creative and design teams to develop and execute successful campaigns
Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve profitability targets
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display, with practical experience in audience segmentation and retargeting.
Experience scaling performance marketing within defined KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Strong skills in optimizing search, display, and multichannel campaigns.
Experience using AI tools to support ad creation, research, reporting, and workflow automation
Experience analyzing performance across different attribution models and multi-touch journeys
Advanced Excel skills and experience with GA4 for audience and conversion tracking.
Independent, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail.
Fluent verbal and written English skills.
