Youll lead efforts to integrate and operationalize existing open-source and commercial AI models, evaluate their performance, and optimize their cost and accuracy in production environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader Python Automation Infrastructure and testing to join our R&D organization. This role is central to building and leading our automation Infrastructure and testing, ensuring robust test coverage across SW components, integration, system, and end-to-end levels.
The successful candidate will provide both technical leadership and hands-on contributionmentoring a team of automation engineers, establishing best practices, writing automated tests, and driving adoption of modern automation tools based Python and CI/CD methodologies. While the primary focus is integration automation, knowledge of RF systems/Cyber and DevOps is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, setting technical direction, assigning tasks, and supporting professional growth.
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
Write, review, and optimize unit, integration, and regression test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Oversee automation of system-level and end-to-end testing, including API and UI layers (Selenium preferred).
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and Git, ensuring automated testing is integrated into every stage of development.
Collaborate closely with software developers, RF, QA, DevOps, and hardware teams to embed testing and automation best practices into the product lifecycle.
Define, track, and report test metrics such as coverage, execution reliability, and defect detection effectiveness.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, introducing new tools and practices to strengthen automation.
Act as a technical expert, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding/testing standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality activities across groups' solution-level features, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving quality initiatives and fostering a quality-focused mindset within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Activities: Oversee and manage quality activities for cross-group solution-level features, ensuring alignment with overall quality goals.
Define E2E Scenarios: Define E2E scenarios for cross group projects and push for testable designs. Ensure E2E scenarios are covered by manual and automation by collaborating with the correct personas in the groups and the central QA.
Quality Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters concerning the unit or the cross-group feature.
Promote Quality Mindset: Work closely with the different personas in the groups to promote quality mindset, best practices, tools and product knowledge to improve the overall quality.
Strive for holistic solutions: Identify gaps that require a centralized solution and work with the centralized QA, PMO org and other solution quality leads to promote a holistic solution, enablement or processes .

The QA Lead will manage a group of QA Engineers working in the development Agile teams and will be involved in all the phases of the products life cycle, from the design to the delivery and to the operation and maintenance. QA Lead will work closely with our Product department providing R&D feedback to the product requirements and verifying that the features are developed as per their PRDs. This position requires about 80% of hands-on involvement in tests automation, documentation and other daily QA activities.

As QA Architect, you will be collaborating with an individual SaaS development team, that uses the latest technologies in continuous delivery to secure the top enterprises in the world. You will serve as the QA architect in the R&D team, committed to the quality of the released content and define QA work procedures, guidelines, and design the entire testing process.
Comprehensive understanding of the product's functionality, target use cases, and the value it delivers to customers.
Develop and maintain expertise in the creation and deployment of fully integrated environments
Define, implement, and manage QA processes, including the specification of required test plans and procedures.
Actively track the teams tasks, conduct testing of features during development to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Perform efficient log analysis and reproduce customer issues quickly to facilitate timely resolution.
Analyze and challenge existing testing coverage
Implement automation tests for new features and coverage gaps
Maintain and prioritize backlogs of open issues and bugs, ensuring effective tracking and resolution.
Monitor the test and production environments, using DevOps tools.
