We are seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to join our Tel Aviv Office and drive cross-functional execution across our R&D organization. A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-R&D programs: planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
* Partner with R&D managers and team leads to define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
* Drive infrastructure projects (e.g., internal platforms, tooling, dev productivity, cloud enablement) in collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Product Management and IT.
* Own and coordinate FinOps initiatives: cloud cost visibility, optimization efforts, forecasting, and governance alongside finance and engineering stakeholders.
* Establish and continuously improve project management practices across R&D (cadences, templates, status reporting, risk management, retrospectives).
* Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early; proactively propose solutions and align stakeholders.
* Build and present clear, concise updates for leadership: executive summaries, roadmap views, KPIs, and decision points.
* Facilitate R&D planning cycles and operational rhythms (weekly leadership syncs, program reviews, quarterly planning, etc.).
