Provide Tier 2 support for ATE systems in production, including troubleshooting, calibration, and yield improvement. Implement and manage ATE Azure DevOps pipelines for code, sequence, and tester review, execution, and monitoring. Analyze database results using tools for TEST data and reporting. Ensure all relevant documentation is created, verified, and maintained according to company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ATE processes, tools, and methodologies.

Promote early detection and rapid issue resolution by driving early reviews, continuous monitoring, effective containment, and correction mechanisms.
Ensure adherence to quality control plans and development processes, continuously enhancing design, verification, and validation practices to safeguard product quality across the full lifecycle of adapters and system products.
Partner with Continuous Improvement to lead and support quality-focused improvement initiatives aimed at reducing customer complaints and internal scrap, while coordinating department-level project planning.

Manage ATE platform setup (including loadboard/probecard design) and change kit, SLT bench platform, and handler.
Identify and screen potential vendors (including technological and budgetary assessment) and track and verify progress at all stages of the design.
Define probecard and loadboard requirements based on testing strategy, accounting for test time, tester memory, and budget.
