Spark IL is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day implementation of our marketing, community, and engagement activities, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring that campaigns, projects, and community initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.
The role includes:
- Managing ongoing communication with lenders and small business owners
- Operating email flows and follow-ups
- Handling inbound inquiries
- Ensuring timely completion of forms and processes
- Support lender-borrower activities
- Assist with virtual events and delegations
- Maintain accurate workflows in Monday in collaboration with internal teams
- Supporting the operational management of Spark ILs business community, including WhatsApp groups, business initiatives, and marketplace-related activities
Requirements: - Native-level Hebrew and English
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing operations, marketing coordination, community management, or project coordination role
- Experience in a mission-driven organization, NGO, startup, or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience executing marketing tasks including managing communications, follow-ups, workflows, and coordination across teams and stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Experience with Monday.com CRM is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and follow through
- Comfortable working independently while reporting to the Marketing Director
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks
- Experience working with communities (WhatsApp groups, mailing lists, CRM)
- Background in email marketing, operations, or customer support
