Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership in global compensation and benefits management/total rewards in a global tech companies
Experience leading compensation strategy in high-growth, global technology companies, with direct involvement in IPO preparation
Proven track record of using HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making, organizational effectiveness and improve HR processes
Experience in leading, implementing, and optimizing HR systems to support scalable people operations.
Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity design, and governance
Strong track record of partnering with C-level, and executive leadership
Excellent analytical skills with experience conducting market analysis and benchmarking
Build an excellent team through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
