In order to support our company objectives, The QMS & Production Quality team is looking for a Production Quality Engineer
What will your job look like:
Define and implement production quality framework and workplan for our company's systems' NPI and serial production activities (from scratch)
Work closely with colleagues from other departments (PMs, development engineers, production engineers, management) and other organizations (suppliers and customers).
Work with contract manufacturers to analyze the production process, process capability, process capacity and measurement systems capability.
Assess and control the activities through performing VDA6.3 audits
Lead/Support 8D multi-disciplinary teams to investigate faults and failures
Lead and update PPAP folders for our company's systems
Identify opportunities for improvement and execute them.
Create relevant work items templates and coach the teams how to use them.
Assess KPIs of processes and activities and suggest corrective actions and improvement.
Represent production quality related issues with customers, suppliers and 3rd party organizations.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team and help take our products to the next level. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance and work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle to ensure quality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with many departments and teams. The number and order of QA activities may vary from project to project, depending on the scope of the work and project aims. This is a position based out of our Jerusalem office in Talpiot, and will report to the QA team lead.

What you will be responsible for:

* Monitor our systems to ensure quality
* Monitor data validation from various sources
* Assist with release management of new features, ensuring quality release and that the feature passed all necessary tests
* Create, execute, and maintain manual TEST cases.
* Utilize GPT and large language models (LLMs) knowledge to TEST AI-driven features and develop intelligent TEST automation and monitoring tools.
* Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
* Segment issues that arrive from Support and follow up with the appropriate team until the fix is completed
* Report bugs and errors to development teams
* Validation of bug fixes

We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of Cross River’s most critical system - COS In this role, you’ll be embedded in a fast-paced product team, designing and executing manual and automated test plans that cover everything from backend APIs to customer-facing applications. You’ll take ownership of quality from day one - helping build a scalable testing culture, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with developers and product managers to catch issues before they hit production. * Design comprehensive test plans and maintain detailed, reproducible test cases
* Develop and expand automated test suites for APIs, web apps, and backend systems
* Work closely with Developers, Product, and DevOps to shift-left and integrate testing early
* Track, triage, and follow through on bugs with clarity and urgency
* Help build a culture of quality through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing
