The Hardware Qualification team, as a part of the HW team, is leading the EMC/EMI Qualification process, working together with all major Automotive OEMs and other customers. The EMC/EMI Qualification process also includes interactions with all major teams. We are looking for an outstanding and experienced EMC Testing Engineer capable of understanding complex systems, to participate in the Qualification process for its revolutionary products.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform hands-on EMC testing on full systems and components.
Select, calibrate, and configure the right instrumentation (such as EMI Receiver, cables, antennas, LISN, coupling network, etc.).
Based on collected data and information, determine if specifications, regulations, customers expectations, and acceptance criteria are satisfied According to automotive standards.
Generate formal technical reports, and present conclusions to stakeholders
Conduct Failure Analysis investigations, diagnose failed components, and find the root cause of the failure.
Recommend corrective actions (e.g. re-design Schematics, Components, Layout, etc.).

Requirements: BSc. /P.E. In Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in EMC testing.
Experience in Design for EMI - Major Advantage.
Experience in operating lab equipment, in particular EMC equipment (Scopes, Generators, Receivers, etc.).
Experience in writing test plans and reports.
Failure Analysis experience on board level; EMC problem solving Advantage.
Proven experience with EMC/EMI testing according to Automotive standards Advantage.
Good interpersonal skills.
High level of English.
