A global company in the cosmetics and beauty industry is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers worldwide and work closely with major international e-commerce platforms and the companys own websites.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, friendly support to international customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure complete and timely resolution
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance
Communicate regularly with the customer service departments of international sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, and others)
Manage customer inquiries and service requests originating from the companys websites
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems and additional service tools
Requirements: Native-level English mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric approach
Good computer systems and Office skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Experience working with international customers or global online sales platforms
