In this role, youll manage a multidisciplinary, multi-abuse-area team of researchers and technologists who monitor, detect, and analyze organized crime and exploitation activity across online platforms. * Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and technical analysts addressing organized crime and exploitation across multiple abuse areas, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and illegal drugs.
* Set strategic goals, ensure high-quality analytical outputs, and manage project delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Serve as a client-facing lead, delivering intelligence briefings, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to partners while representing our company as a subject-matter expert.
* Guide the development of tools, automation, and data infrastructure that enhance detection, mapping, and mitigation of organized crime and exploitation networks.
* Uphold rigorous research standards and ethical handling of sensitive material, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional resilience within the team.

Requirements: Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience addressing organized crime, trafficking, or other forms of online exploitation, ideally with both research and technical components.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and multi-abuse teams
* Demonstrated expertise in online trafficking, sexual exploitation, or illegal drug trade ecosystems
* Experience delivering client briefings, intelligence products, or threat assessments in a professional context.
* Strong proficiency in OSINT, data analysis, automation, or threat intelligence tooling
* Masters degree or higher in criminology, sociology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* Professional resilience and discretion when handling sensitive or graphic material.
