A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to execute top quality monthly events and promotions.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team.
You will be part of a R&D team, taking ownership of the game configuration and launching all monetization, events, and features, helping us keep our game enjoyable, relevant and profitable all the time.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and configure all promotions, game events, campaigns, pricing, segmentation, and control game features within the Game Control system
Ensuring the smooth running and successful launch of all game features and live tests, conducting pre-launch verification
Collaborating closely with the Monetization, Economy, Product and R&D teams to translate strategic plans into accurate game configurations
Managing and resolving real-time game configuration incidents, while providing essential availability to address game configuration issues
Initiating the implementation of new tools and workflows to improve daily routines and boost efficiency across all relevant departments

Responsibilities:
Acquire new and high-quality players for the games in an efficient and profitable manner.

Manage campaigns by optimizing and maximizing ROI across large-scale media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and various Video Networks.

Analyze large, complex data sets representing users behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.
Work closely with Product, Monetization and management, be proactive and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps and business strategies.
Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
Balance and monitor flows from all the features in the game.
Measure and improve performance of promotions and live-ops for each segment.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics and players experience.
