Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS), ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience hiring for both U.S. and Israeli markets, including remote and hybrid roles.
Ability to work partial hours aligned with the U.S. time zone, as needed.
Comfortable working with and advising VP-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools and outbound strategies.
Native-level Hebrew and Native /high-proficiency English, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, independent, and outcome-driven.
A true team player with a growth mindset and strong business orientation.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to juggle priorities and move quickly.
