We are looking for a passionate Junior Business System Analyst Gainsight who will serve as both a business partner and a hands-on practitioner.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and directly translate them into working solutions within the Gainsight platform. This includes configuring workflows, building dashboards, and maintaining automation rules that empower our Customer Success team to deliver measurable impact
How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, and more) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and hands-on Gainsight configurations.
Build and optimize health scores, playbooks, dashboards, and automated workflows directly in Gainsight.
Own Gainsight administration: user management, data integrations, rules engine configuration, and system enhancements.
Ensure seamless integration of Gainsight with Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
Perform system testing, UAT, and release management for new features and improvements.
Provide end-user support, training, and onboarding to ensure high adoption across the organization.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine platform usage for maximum value.
Requirements: Up to 2 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or a Bachelors in information systems engineering (or related field)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to balance long-term thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive learner with a strong desire to build both business and technical skills.
Desired qualifications:
Hands-on Gainsight experience (Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Dashboards) advantage.
Experience with Salesforce CRM advantage.
