Were looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configurator / Developer to take the lead in building seamless, scalable internal systems that power our operations. This role is critical to deliver world-class experiences for both our teams and end users by configuring and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the full Power Platform suite. Youll have significant autonomy, working across Power Pages, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint to design and implement best-in-class solutions. What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Administer and support core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and others as implemented.
Configure and maintain forms, fields, views, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, and reports.
Manage user access, roles, and group assignments across the platform.
Monitor platform health and performance; troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform regular platform upgrades and patching activities, ensuring minimal disruption.
Assist with data imports, including Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Load scripts.
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and process owners to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain platform security and compliance in alignment with company policies.
Support integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., Active Directory, SCCM, Jira, Azure).
Document changes, configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in incident response and change management processes related to ServiceNow updates.

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to lead the implementation and evolution of our Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and top-tier user experience across departments. In this critical role, you’ll design and administer our Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform systems while supporting high-impact business processes, from partner onboarding to enterprise workflow automation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across time zones and business lines to translate needs into scalable configurations and sustainable architecture. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and influence within a mission-driven, fast-paced fintech environment

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

* Own and manage the entire Microsoft stack at Cross River including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
* Administer, configure, and continuously improve D365 CRM and the Power Platform suite
* Lead architecture, governance, and release management for environments, CI/CD, and ALM
* Provide technical support and training to users across the company
* Maintain environment security, compliance (GDPR, GLBA), and disaster recovery policies
* Act as a technical SME and advisor for partner onboarding processes and cross-functional solutions
* Champion data accuracy and oversee documentation, data uploads, and reports
* Manage solution lifecycle including capacity planning, licensing, provisioning, and telemetry
* Evaluate and implement changes via configuration/customization based on evolving business needs
