In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and integration workflows across our application ecosystem. You will leverage platforms like Power BI, Workato, and Azure and work with data from systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Development (Power BI & Azure)
Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements.
Connect, model, and transform data from various sources (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Jira, Azure SQL, etc.).
Implement row-level security, data refresh scheduling, and optimization techniques.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and BI use cases.
System Integrations (Workato, Azure Logic Apps, APIs)
Build and maintain robust, low-code/no-code integrations using Workato.
Develop custom connectors, workflows, and recipes to automate business processes between SaaS systems (e.g., Salesforce <-> Dynamics, Jira <-> Confluence).
Monitor integration performance and resolve failures or latency issues proactively.
Support API-based data exchange and process orchestration using Workato
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to enable data transparency and operational automation.
Provide documentation, training, and technical support for BI and integration solutions.
Maintain data quality and consistency across connected platforms.
Drive initiatives around process improvement and digital transformation.
