Job Description:
Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies.
Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth.
Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities
Collaborate with teams across Marketing to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets (preferably from an online company).

Independent, fast learner with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environent.
Professional proficiency in English with great communication skills, both spoken and written.
